FREE SIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES
Free sign language classes will be offered to those interested after the HLA-SCC meetings beginning September 7 (with exception of December meeting – because of our holiday party). Classes will be taught by Tess Crowder, Executive Director of Communication Access, Inc. (CAI). This will be an opportunity to learn basic, everyday signs that will help you communicate with your family and friends. You are encouraged to bring a spouse, family member or friend so that you have someone to practice with throughout the month. Learning a few everyday signs can greatly improve your communication skills – and its fun!
